Among other things, one quality I love about Umaru's character is how she doesn't judge people too quickly. She tries to get to know people before doing so. Look at how her friendships with Kirie and Sylphyn grew, for example. You saw how other students viewed each of them, but Umaru saw their best qualities and took the time to understand who they really are.
Umaru is such a kind soul.
