The crest (I think that's what you said it was called in English) is green when it's also supposed to be blue. What this leads me to believe is that it was only an artistic choice in this piece to turn everything blue into green and vice versa. The reason for this was that the theme of the piece is gemstones, and the artist realized that emerald is a far more valuable gemstone than aquamarine. The centerpiece of the drawing, being the eyes, being less valuable than the secondary gems would ruin the balance of the piece. The less cultured explanation is that the activation of the crest has a brief flash of green that is reflected in her eyes.
