Cultural anthropology deals with explanations as to why certain kinds of women are considered beautiful in certain cultures. Neurochemistry might give you some mileage when it comes to explaining attraction, but I think you're out of luck when it comes to finding a specific field that deals with that kind of research.
If such a field does exist, it'd have to concern both the female and male perspective--a purely male one wouldn't fly in today's world.
