Your knowledge of Haruhi - who she is and what she's capable of - classifies you as an immense danger. All that needs to happen is the data overmind to say "enough", and you'll get taken the fuck out, probably by Yuki. Mikuru, being incredibly clumsy, is probably deathly terrified of this situation every single day.This, except dialog from the last few books has made it clear that Nagato wouldn't do it, she's on her own agenda now. Asakura would be the best candidate for the job, I think.
