irc.rizon.net and he'll take care of it. I don't know who the mods for /c/ are or if there even is one. I have a suspicion that only the high traffic boards are important enough to have dedicated mods and that everything else goes into a low priority queue not assigned to anyone in particular, which explains the wildly inconsistent moderation at times.
