>>3528942>/a/ banned them for some retarded reasonNow that I think about it, a bunch of threads were kicked out of /a/ other than these ones like DJT and the Sadpanda threads. I wonder why all of that happened. But for these threads, I am actually pretty happy they are on /c/ now. Once those threads became Waifu Wednesday, they would end after a few days. But then there would be a large gap between when the image limit was hit and Wednesday. The amount of wait time would not be very fun. Plus, even though my Sheik is in a manga, I'm sure many /a/nons would be telling me to go to /v/. Finally, /c/ is not a very popular board. For someone to be browsing and posting in these threads, they would need to generally have a waifu or at least be okay with waifus as a concept and not be the shitposting type. While /a/ is nowhere near as bad as some boards, you would still be wary of people who don't take these things seriously.
>>3528974While I do not know if I will be able to drop money on commissions any time soon, whenever you get the chance, I would be curious how much you would charge for various types of art. If you are ever doing requests, I would be interested too, but I don't expect anything like that. I know someone needs to get paid for their work and there are plenty of waifufriends who have known you for longer so I won't feel bad if you prioritize them first. I hope things work out for you, Maifriend. I hear the path of an artist can be a difficult one.
>>3529062>A very interesting and heartwarming story, indeed. It's nice to see that you too have, in fact, years of historyHey, thanks! It's one of the many reasons I'm able to be as dedicated as I am. It feels like I've known her for a really long time.
You know, I've never thought of it this way until now, but our story has all the makings of a childhood friend story (apart from her being fictional of course.) We met while I was too young to even go to school, and this was her first game (OoT).
