Doubt I'll buy a console this coming gen unless I want to play some Japanese games that won't make it to PC and will likely come out on the PS4. As far as FF goes, played 1 on the original nes and later 4 and 6 on the super nes. Also played 7-10. Enjoyed all of them. I'd say you should start at 1 and work your way up. You can see how the game evolved over time.
Those are both nice pics, the Kud one especially. Can't remember if I have that Sasami or not, but saved it just in case.
