>>4039245I wouldn't know since I've never worn armor or a dress for that matter (I'm a man I don't think I could pull off wearing an ornate expensive elaborate poofy extremely feminine dress, though I'm not above wanting to try one on at least once) but I know this much it'd proberbly bog you down significantly unless it was reasonably light metal/protection but even that would as well.
heavy metal + cumbersome dress + heels + a weapon would slow anyone down you'd need to be reasonably strong to carry it on you, not sure if it'd feel good it'd be like filling a backpack full of bricks and lugging it around where a purely silk/plush dress would be combersome but feel light the old "which is lighter 1 ton of bricks or 1 ton of feathers" problem they weigh same but it's a matter of dense material so unless the girl was buff or there was some magical non-sense I don't see them being able to move about
