Mai: Would probably get along, but would be slightly taken aback by Mai's straightforwardness and how hard she can punch for example, also by her elemental magic power she has.
Minori: Would find her zaniness strange, but would be able to get past that and see how good of a friend she actually is when the going gets tough.
Urabe: Urabe would probably ask all kinds of weird questions about Miia's physiology, culture, background, etc. Probably to the point of annoying her. They'd find a way to get along though, for the sake of Extraspecies Exchange!
Marie: If Miia met her as THE Marie of the Squid Sisters, she'd probably fawn over her mistaking her as an Extraspecies Idol like ANM48, and ask for her autograph. If she met "Agent 2" instead, she'd probably be able to see her as an equal and they'd be into trying new fashion and lazing about on hot summer days as friends, together.
Margaret: Miia would find Margaret's constant attempts at subtle mischief to be very annoying, but would ultimately put up with it. Because Margaret obviously has far greater power than Miia.
All of these things keeping in mind that Miia's source is a comedy series.
