The ones I feel helped me the most are Anatomy for Sculptors, Hamptom's Design and Invention, Marshall Vandruff's perspective lessons, Proko's premium anatomy and figure drawing courses and several Japanese books such as Let's Draw Character CG vol 9 and some other ones for learning the techniques of Japanese artists and the functionality of digital programs.
It's like a puzzle. You revisit topics and understand things at a deeper level each time.
