For starters he's evading the ban the entire time. He was banned around a 100th tread, kept evading for a while and now came back stirring shit up.
Ban Evasion is a reason for permaban in itself and he is doing it.
Secondly he is a stinky hater of Ayanami Rei who uses Q's obscure identity whose TENTATIVE name is Ayanai Rei as a mean to spread bullshit, derail threads and intentionally upset entire thread population with impunity.
In other words he's a hater troll which goes against the rules of /c.
/c i supposed to be a board of peace where hostile invasions and hijacks are not tolerated.
Lastly (TENTATIVE NAME) Rei Ayanami is a character separate from Ayanmi Rei (the real one) and ultimately hated by literally everyone for lack of any positive sides and stupidity. Everyone including you, Qfag himself and us can see that Q is stupid and is an insult to Ayanami Reis face and name.
EVERY Ayanami Rei fan hates her, nobody wants to see her in the thread AND YOU KNOW IT, he knows it that's why he's doing it.
