>>3445486Man I didn't see this sorry for the late reply. I was REALLY bummed out when I saw clips of the Unova series and it only had Iris and Cilan. I mean they were okay but I think Hilda woul've made a great companion she could've been a smug mentor like companion that lightly bullies ash or they could've kept her personality form the manga. I only really watched the 5th region during the Twitch Presents marathon and the only real good characters were Ashs Oshawat and his Krookodile but I think the interactions and journey could've been better if they gave Hilda a shot.

If I had to choose the girl that solidified my tastes before Hilda I would definitely choose Flannery, her amazing outfit and cheery personality in the game and anime always made me blush when I was little.
