A large courtyard where she can train to her heart's content is also important. She often complaints about the lack of space in her apartment for this same reason.
It would be ideal if it was an undeveloped rural area but that would result in us being too far away from work so that might not be a viable alternative.

Purity of heart, that's a bit more tricky. What exactly makes one pure of heart? She has her fair share of selfless acts of heroism and other good deeds. She is also prone to anger outbursts, which might be considered evil/impure in a way but she is also a very empathic person and her good deeds far outweigh anything bad she might have done, so I think she leans towards the top end of the spectrum all things considered.
