Okita would play with the children like she did with the ones in the neighborhood when she was alive. She is a great person but I don't think we would adopt them. Okita would prefer the be the onee-san type and think for the best of the children so it would be probably with some other loving family.

The moment I find her crying I would just find the people responsible for it and confront them. I care not about numbers, I am ready to take on the world to protect her smile.
But this is just an hypothetical school setting where she lost her powers. Okita is several times stronger than a normal person and regardless of her being a Servant she is still an assassin. I don't think you would mess with an assassin in the first place.
