I thought that Okita was an important character since you could say that she is basically the MC -or rather the Saber equivalent- of one of the Grail Wars but instead the only material that you could consider truly hers is the event GudaGuda 2 in FGO.
But she finally got her manga and I was the happiest person on the planet when I read the news. I really hope that it will be a turning point for new material.
Regarding fan content I think it's literally the opposite. It's enviable how much contenent she gets with several artists that exclusively draw her, and so on. Maybe the number of her images on the boorus and such will even get past the aformentioned characters one day.
