It's really weird for me. I don't think I ever liked Evangelion. I simply hated the way the characters were written; they were all selfish, immature, imbeciles. Except for Rei. Rei was the only character I really could empathize with, which is weird because she's supposed to be a "creepy doll-like" character. For example: during the infamous "shower scene" I didn't think "oh my God, she's so creepy", I thought "Ha, that's something that I would've done".
