I think I’ve found a solution: polygamous marriages in the UK are technically not a criminal offense if they were performed on foreign soil where such is permitted. Therefore, all we have to do is bop on over to someplace like Kenya or Bangladesh for an hour to go through the ceremony, then we can all head back to her flat in London and everyone’s happy, including the courts.
