Sakura's route was rushed and tried to do too much, and 3 movies was definitely not enough even if they had gotten better direction than they did. Nasu gives her much better characterization in HA, but that's too little too late. It would be nice if any FSN remake announcement would redo HF, giving Sakura her HA personality and a more prominent role in the first half while cutting out most of the Illya scenes for her own route like it was originally planned.
