>>3822293>Just wanna see if I can!>I enjoy a good challengeNice! Also, I like the "goofy or non-essential" entry; I think I'll try that one.
I'm already pretty active, I walk a lot and do home exercises at least 2 times a week. However, I've never really looked shredded, and since it'll only get harder as time goes on, I'm doing this now.
>>3822408>I've also scheduled a psychiatrist appointment just now.I'm really glad to hear you did this! Having a professional give you advice on how to handle this will make an immense difference. Also, congratulations on your new job!
And don't worry about the common sense; teenagers today are so coddled today in general. You are fine, and you'll learn all you need to when the time comes.
I'm not going to pretend I'm qualified to give advice, but my advice would be to take it slow at this point. As you go on in your job and get more secure in it, the stress from it won't be as bad, so you'll be in a better place as time goes on. Moving out is a BIG stressor, so I wouldn't do that until you feel secure in your job. Additionally, regular exercise will make a huge difference in helping your mental health and general well-being. It won't happen immediately, but keep going and it'll be worth it. Once again, listen to the professional before this random stranger on a Tibetan orange peeling forum.
You've got this, buddy. I believe in you!
