>>3633209I like how slow it is, how relatively drama free it can be, how people don’t blog nearly as much as other places, how it’s just waifus and not husbandos too, how people don’t use waifu as an avatar, how western waifus are mostly not able to be posted, how we don’t idiotically pretend waifu is with us already, etc. I really can’t emphasize how shitty I think other waifu places are on the internet and on this very website. This feels like the only place to not really be caked with drama or have some stupid culture that I hate. The old /a/ threads were fine, but I think these are better. As I said, no husbandos is a plus, this place is slower, and /a/ had a problem of the driveby shitposter since /a/ is a popular board. On /c/, we really don’t get those that often. Our problem is some very dedicated ones who refuse to leave, but no place can be perfect. I love this place and if it were to disappear, I likely wouldn’t have anywhere to post my Sheik like this.
>>3633268 >No offense in case you're a fan of those sprites, but I always felt that the Steam sprites didn't really convey certain expressions properly compared to the original and PS2 onesA man of culture, I see. Unfortunately, people like you and me who read Higurashi and Umineko in the original sprites only are a dying breed.
>>3633554I would try my hardest, but my Sheik would be the brawn in our relationship. She is much stronger and deadly than me. I am not embarrassed to say that my Sheik is the one who would protect me.
>>3633637Since my Sheik could always come to me with her problems and I would always be there to help shoulder her emotional burdens created by her past, I’m sure my Sheik would be there for me. I’m sure our connection with each other and my understanding of her would inspire my Sheik to try to be understanding of me and my worries. I can’t see my Sheik ever scoffing at my thoughts or dismissing them.
