I don't know if she would be a fan of playing card games or strategy games but if she would play Yugioh, she would definitely play the most meta deck existence, aka Kashtira or Purrelys. Outside of that, she is a fan of FPS and RPG games. She's also good at fighting games, where Natsuha couldn't even win a single game against her. (Let's pretend those couple of losses in Soulcalibur solo mode when she did her streaming live debut don't exist)
My wife would be one of those tryhard sweaty competitive gamers, because she does enjoy winning and savoring the taste of victory. She gets a little depressed when she loses, but it's kinda cute to see that side of hers.
