This girl is a cyborg, but you can´t really tell from images. which is a pity. Her anime has an important battle scene where she injures her arm, which has wires and mechanisms sicking out of it. That is kind of the classic way to reveal that someone is secretly a cyborg or a humaniod robot, don´t you think?
There is also a scene early in the show where she and partner are going though an assault course, and this girl throws her partner over a low wall, jumps over it, and then catches her before she hits the ground, as a quick suggestion she is more physicaly capable than a normal human in that universe.
