You can set up a virtual machine on a flashdrive as well, if you have one. A 16 GB model would be enough for a version of Windows 95 and 98 with enough room left over for dozens of games. I know prices are higher in Australia, but a drive of that size couldn't cost more than 20 to 30 Aussie bucks. I can get 32GB models for the mid 20$ range here. That said, I can get a 4TB Seagate for about 150$ so that is probably the route I would chose.
