Guys, relax. As far as I can tell, he still loves Ritsu. That's what matters. You may not agree with how he's going about it, and I don't myself, but you guys are only making yourselves look bad and potentially making him feel bad. I don't see any positives in that. Unless you're sadistic, in which case that's an underlying problem, not to be dealt with here.
