Haruka kanata and kud are all actively living theirs, i'm almost certain kanata is aware of the dream too, kud is clearly aware but on a sub-concious level which is what lead to her being able to affect the dream so heavily.
Komari mio and rin all need riki to trigger their routes so they don't actively happen though.
Kud's bad end is technically her canon end too.
