The King Saw matches her name, and she has the same red color as Saya's eyes. Her somewhat smug personality is similar to Saya's. Black Rock Shooter is really beyond me. The Rock Cannon and color scheme are really all that have anything to do with her name, only the colors match with Mato.
Arata's other selves are unnamed as far as I know. I also don't know why she has so many.
As far as I know, the unnamed people that Strength and BRS fought are still left unnamed.
