At the very most there have been a couple of pics of Soma Peries (from Gundam 00, a character with a very similar backstory) cosplaying her, and, when I started playing Three Houses, I found that Bernadetta reminded me of Lat in some aspects. (Even to an extent visually). Lat and Soma would act similarly to each other in the other's setting, due to their skills being good enough to fit into the other's role. Bernie on the other hand, not so much. The only giant robots in Three Houses are enemy units... and it's kinda hard to believe they're even in the game at all! (And Lat might struggle a bit in Bernie's role too, just because of the "school" focus pre-skip)
