We'd mix armor, aviation, naval and general war up so we hit everything we can. Popular tank museums in Europe like Bovington would be easy. Hit up Aerospace Bristol while we were in the UK, too. Just to name a few in close proximity. For a general vacation it'd be a toss up. Maybe one time go to a resort to relax. Another time camp in various degrees of "roughness".
