For discussion, people call her a slut or a whore. (Hachiman calls her that a slut at the very beginning of the story, but she accidentally lets the fact go she's a virgin) I like how a lot of people draw her, even though some give her larger breasts than she has, or they give her pink hair but I think that's the nice part about artistic creativity. Though I prefer when people draw her as she appears in the light novel, sizeable bust and blue eyes. The anime changed her hair color/eye color.
Her personality hasn't really changed, she's still Gahama-san in the LN, anime, and manga.

One guy I saw on /a/ during the Valentine's Day thing had a very nice set up and it made me happy to see how much effort he put into it. (I wasn't able to participate at the time) Plus there are a few people on pixiv that will draw/upload art or their own storyline with her up, or will always be the first to like/comment on any new piece of art of her. Some of them share/like lewd stuff, but that's to each their own. I'm not a fan of overtly lewd stuff, and I tend to hide the r-18 tag anway. Though everyone may share the same character as their wife, each person's 'version' of her is their own. I love Gahama-san a lot though and so do they.
