It's very simple. See that little white square next to Rory in the aforementioned post. Click it and a little checkmark will appear. Now scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen. To the bottom righ you will see the delete button. Don't worry about passwords or anything. Clicking the delete button will remove the offending post.
