Regardless of how much someone could differ from me otherwise, if they like Rin beyond just her looks then I don't believe they can be a bad person at heart. However, some of you I've seen on other boards can get a little overargumentative at times. I get your purpose in defending her but not quite your end goal, unless you get off on arguments. If you don't, surely there's a better way of accomplishing that goal over going with the flow and arguing facts against people who are just pretending otherwise, or making it a purpose in their life to come up with a new non sequitur each day. I'd rather change the flow than go with it.
It sounds gay but my thoughts towards Rin definitely spring from my emotions rather than my brain, probably the only thing that does, and I'm glad for it. This also means that you're less likely to be seeing me take part in any of those arguments.
The same goes for the people who actively hate Rin. Indifference is still fine, maybe they have different tastes, but hate disingenuous or not says a lot about them. They've either somehow completely missed the character, which shows a lack of intelligence, or it's safe to assume they're just horrible people. Either way, they are trash.
