Unlike the other girls who have features that merely RESEMBLE animals (Miia's tail, Papi's wings, Mero's fins, etc.), Centaurea's lower-body is essentially identical to a horse, INCLUDING her privates and their placement.
So basically, if you're not down with banging ACTUAL horses, you're probably not going to be too enthralled by the idea of laying a Centaur. Unlike other monster-girls, those two equivalents between the animal and the monster-girl are way too close for comfort.
