Even with the bangs, it doesn't look like her at all for me, especially with the long hair, as I've seen many other girls with similar hair. You can interpret it as you wish, but no matter how much I look at it, I don't see Yui in her. Perhaps she is inspired by Yui, sure. And in addition to everything else, the fact its tagged as OC by the original artist, is a pretty strong argument for me.
