Mero seems french but since her noble heritage she might be able to speak lots of languages. Cerea maybe is from England and Rachnee somehow feels like german/nordic. Papi was living in Easter Island and maybe she knows a bit of spanish and the native language too. Miia's costume seems to have some arabic influence, maybe she's from the mediterranean sea. Lala can't be associated outside Ireland and Scotland.
We know that Cici is chinese (so far the only one whom nationality has been revealed). Kiira and Kino are obviously japanese (probably form one of the small islands). Kyurii is obviously european.
