>>3538711My absolute favorite part about the Haibane Renmei soundtrack is the fact that it was composed by the same producer as my all time favorite game: Shadow of the Colossus, Kow Otani. I can imagine this being in a montage of her waking up with the people of Old Home and clamoring about how they would start the day. I should rewatch this show, I have it on DVD and would love to binge it for one day again.
I could not picture at all in my mind any composer better suited to Haibane Renmei. Kow Otani is a mastermind of this weird sort of soundscape. It's incredible and he's under appreciated imo
