>>3549219It could work either way. Rei is submissive in the sense she wants someone to devote herself to, but she could make a good dom because she isn't as skittish and petulant as Asuka is. Rei means what she says, is dutiful, and has a lifelong military background. I'm not sure the dom/sub dichotomy even applies to her, it's more like she's just a good woman.
