-The one that stands out the most is the one where she entrusted Haruhiko with her will to protect everyone and take care of things, giving him the courage to defeat Ruupa and save the world. It was a heartrending moment but it really shows her inner strength and courage since she was able to overcome fear and uncertainty even in the face of absolute anniihilation. Mai is kind of a mentor character in many ways since she has been able to contribute to other people's growth as a person, which is kind of rare for someone as young as her, but it works because she is a very mature, reliable person who knows the nature of hard work and sacrifice.
-Eyes very much, they convey emotion and show her individuality. They are also the first thing I learned to draw and I'm always trying to find new ways to render them. If I can't do a good job at representing them then it doesn't matter how much knowledge of anatomy I have. They really are the most important feature. Hair is second.
