I personally found the SoL parts fun overall, but not nearly at the quality of SN or HA (not that these were perfect themselves). I am not into cooking that much so I didn't care for these parts.
Rin is very cute there...In the little time she gets. It's an instance where I wouldn't recommend it if you particularly want more Rin content, but if you want more Fate then yeah it's good.
