Between the fabric and the shape of her body, I'd imagine you would be able to feel her humerus, clavicle, scapula, and a few of her ribs.
This by itself would be a bit awkward if you're afraid of breaking her, but the thin layer of fuzzy fabric might mitigate the fear.
