First, the BL novel not only explicitly states that Revy worked as a dom, but even has her resume doing it for a job the Lagoon company is pulling. But the novel wasn't written by Hiroe, and there's no evidence it's canon.
Secondly, and a bit confusingly, the official release of the translated manga in English changes the scene between Rowan and Revy substantially. Now Rowan says that Revy was one of the best girls he'd ever had working for him, and she was great at "both giving it and taking it". For the longest time I thought this was just an urban legend, since this is in total contrast to ever scanlation I have ever seen online, but eventually I got a hold of the English version and saw it with my own eyes. I would call it an artifact of an overly liberal translation, but the release has added speech bubbles for the new dialogue indicating it is a very deliberate inclusion. It's possible it was added for the Japanese volume releases, but I couldn't tell you for sure unless I saw those.
