I think she would enjoy festivals. Her society doesn't really have anything along those lines so I don't know if there are any in particular that she would prefer.
I honestly have no idea how I would go about proposing to her. I'd probably try and do a romantic and somewhat cheesy proposal but mess it up half-way through.
