I do wonder, would I have the courage to help somebody, even if it's with something as simple as a library card?
Would they even need my help?
I do hope that at some point, perhaps somebody will just catch my eye, or maybe I will catch theirs, and there would be no choice but for us to communicate.
But trying to force it is scary, and the lack of faith in other people does not help. One has to wonder if reality can be as good as escapism.
