Is 'Rei' a coherent, distinct entity, separate from the 'Lilith' that we saw in The End of Evangelion? I don't know. Some days I'm not sure I know anything anymore, and don't know how I stay in this world. Some days, the hope is not there. This seems to be one of those days. Perhaps tomorrow will be brighter, or perhaps it will be darker. 'The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the Sun.'
