In regards to series popularity, she's widely accepted amongst the fanbase as a good pilot, but apart from that she's so obscure she rarely gets any art...
The moon has been colonised in her source, and she has been there. She doesn't seem to have preferences in regards to sweets, I dunno what context to answer the "up or down" question with. And in regards to silver or gold... well, "Silver" was literally the development codename of the Fairlion Type-S, which was built solely for Lat to pilot.
As for things I'd want to do for her... I really wish she had more fanart, things like that, but I'm not a good artist...
