It's what makes her my absolute favorite tsundere. She's not acting tsun out of shyness. At least not primarily. She's been raised in an environment of sharks and blood in the water could very well be a life or death matter for a mage.
And despite that she never fully buries her softer, feminine, side. Shirou helps save it and in return she decides to help save him, too.
Also I really love thighighs. Queen of the absolute territory.
