Jun voices her in OoT, OoT (3D), SSBM, SSBB, SSB4, and SMM. She also was GOING to voice her in TP, until she was cut. One little way to tell, is that Jun voiced not only Sheik in OoT, but also Zelda, Ruto, Malon, and Saria. Now if you look at TP, she voices Zelda there (her ONLY other time voicing Zelda). So if anyone needed any more convincing that Sheik was going to be in TP (other than the concept art) that's my way of doing it.

And it is when she is getting thrown around and tossed to the ground, so she has a high pitch there. Ayumi seems to really be trying to sound like Jun and does really well. Saori seems to go her own direction for Sheik. She sounds the most different.
