>>1816832The way I've done it previously would cause those glitches to get pasted over as the gifs had the backgrounds fixed solid (using non-dithered gif as the source) and single color surfaces (skin, clothes, etc) flattened (picture related). The gradient on the hair and the blush is usually the only thing that's left of the original gif, and their color transition is the aspect I'm trying to improve.
