>>3772493Embarrassing to admit, but I first learned of Fate, and by extension Saber, through F/GO. Even back then while reading all of her dialogue, Saber stood out from the rest of the cast with her demure face, plain expression in how the artist drew her, and the stilted way she articulated herself. I knew she was my favorite character even back then. Then I went on to watch Fate/Zero, then UBW anime, then the Fate route by Deen. Wouldn't you say that was the worst possible pathway towards getting a positive impression of Saber? Still love her, and she's my favorite character of the franchise. I guess Saberbros are chosen by nature, not nurture.
