Following people that draw Koume art come with the added bonus that they usually Retweet other Koume art. I can't even remember which of the people I'm following that mostly only do Koume art, but just find popular Koume artists on Pixiv and follow their Twitter, like the artist behind pic related:

It sucks because there's no reverse searching on Twitter, the site is absolute shit for artists (especially if you just want to only see their art, prepare to scroll a lot, because fuck you), and images are compressed, but that's where some artists solely post their works these days for some terrible reason.
In case you're unaware, when you open a picture and go to the direct image, replace "large" at the end of the URL with "orig". This only works on single-image Tweets, though.
