>>3494294Breakups are really hard. When someone is a huge part of your life and they leave, you feel like a fraction of a person you once were.
I got dumped by my gf of 1.5 years a while ago, and I felt like shit. I can't imagine the pain that you're going through right now.
Judging by your post, it seems like you still have a lot of feelings towards her. There's nothing that you can do to make the pain and feels go away instantly. As cliche as it sounds, suicide isn't the answer. Do you want your last moments to be the ones where you're feeling worse than you ever had before?
As soon as you can, you need to talk to someone. Find someone who you can open up to about the numerous and confusing things you are feeling right now, someone who will listen to you without judgement. Having someone there to listen while I ranted like my ex probably saved my life.
Take a break from life and treat yourself nice. You just lost someone important in your life, and you need time to recover. There's people who tell you that your feelings aren't valid because breakups just happen, or 6 years isn't as long as the relationship they got dumped in, or etc. Don't listen to that. That's bullshit, and just because someone has it worse doesn't mean what you feel isn't valid.
Really though, talk to someone about it. You've made a good start here, anon.
